We practice yoga looking out over a tropical valley;
breathing deeply of the
moisture laden air;
gazing at the sunset or moonset;
giving thanks for natures gifts.
Nature often blesses us with rainbows;
striking Caribbean vistas;
brilliant blue skies and
dramatic star filled expanses
while we practice a yoga
mindful of the gifts all around.
